"Hotel céntrico"

Muy céntrico, el aire acondicionado funcionaba a la perfección. Personal atento.

La limpieza del baño deja muchísimo que desear. La habitación estaba limpia pero el baño no, la mampara con puntos negros de moho y manchas de óxido, los botes de gel muy sucios, habían hasta pelos enredados. La verdad mucha falta de mantenimiento y limpieza en el baño. Por lo demás todo bien

Personal muy amable y resolutivo. Colchón cómodo, cambio diario de toallas, baño amplio.

La reserva solo podía hacerse con Booking y hubo publicidad engañosa, ofrecían taxi gratuito desde el aeropuerto que no hubo.

O hotel fica numa localização próxima ao centro histórico de Santiago , a região tem muitas opções para alimentação e comércio . Funcionários da recepção solicitos e gentis . Ar condicionado funcionou bem e cortinas com blackout

O café da manhã é razoável , com poucas opções. O banheiro requer modernização , porta do boxe com lodo. O chão de carpete não foi bom para minha alergia .
