Eenvoudige accommodatie, weinig ruimte, schoon, airco defect, afgelegen, geen restaurant in de buurt, wel een goede Mc.Donald, open en onbewaakt parkeerterrein, pas om 17.00 u. inchecken, goed ontbijt, goed bed, een stoel voor twee personen, weinig comfort, met TomTom goed te vinden

nous avons réservez cet hôtel pour faire une halte à mis parcours de notre trajet pour soulager notre fatigue de la route. C'est un hôtel très propre, calme, fournissant le nécessaire pour passer une agréable nuit, lit de 2m de large, avec douche et toilette. Proche des restaurants et de la jolie ville de St Flour. Il a un très bon rapport qualité prix. A recommander.

Arrivée tardive prévue confirmée par téléphone avec un code pour retirer la clef. A l'arrivée (1h00 du matin), pas de possibilité d'avoir la clef, difficulté d'avoir un numéro de téléphone. La personne que nous arrivons à joindre n'est pas agréable au téléphone, et arrive 30 minutes après sans un mot d'excuse et reporte la faute à une ancienne collégue. Lendemain matin lors du départ, toujours aucun mot d'excuse et reporte la faute à la collégue du matin et de l'informatique. Arriver tard le soir et penser que nous allons coucher dans la voiture alors que notre chambre est payée, Merci Bien. Nous ne remercions pas la personne pour son acceuil et sa gentillesse. Arrived at 3.30 pm but the hotel didn't open until 5; a long hour and a half to kill. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The environs were rather dull, somewhat industrial, nevertheless the room was spotless if a little compact. Overall it served its function

This hotel was fine, nice and clean. Did not stay for breakfast so cannot comment on food. Was concerned that parking wasn't secure as we had a trailer with camping equipment but all was well and everything intact the next day.

Disappointing. Room not sound proofed. When neighbours smoked outside the smoke came through the air vents in the door. Suit commercial traveller or backpacker.

Our reception was excellent and the person in charge could not have been more helpful.The room was light and airy and clean.Glad we had sat nav as probably wowouldn't have found it. Everything you could need.Bathroom spacious cos a wetroom.Would definitely stay at this chain again.

The property was like a doss house less than basic I have never seen any thug like it. It was a kit set building very small.

I have stayed here before so that must say something. There is an excellent restaurant close by (La Mangoule) 10% discount for hotel guests.
