Ar condicionado com um barulho ensurdecedor, enferrujado. Toda vez tínhamos q solicitar pano de chão para o banheiro e o produto usado no chão deixa o mesmo grudento e o café d amanha fraquissimo!

O atendimento da gerente . A presteza e cordialidade do técnico Jadson que solucionaram nossos problemas prontamente , localização.

Fomos mal atendidos pelo recepcionista Everton quando pedimos solução para televisão que não funcionou assim que chegamos, foi grosseiro, mal educado e não se esforçou para ser no mínimo empático diante os problemas dos hóspedes.

As funcionária da cozinha e restaurante muito atenciosa.

O café da manhã com pouca opção de proteína e o local muito pequeno pra quantidade de quartos. Pode dividir em quatros pra variar melhor as opções de proteína. O cuscuz estava muito duro e ressecado, deveria estar mas solto e macio.

A localização é excelente. Próxima de pontos turísticos, restaurantes e de frente para o Projeto Tamar. Amamos.

O hotel é muito bom, atendimento excelente e muito limpo. Excelente custo benefício. Deixamos aqui uma sugestão: acrescentem a tapioca nordestina ao café da manhã. ❤️
