Please note the following access information for guests arriving by car: Guests can reach the hotel by going straight on the first roundabout, turn right into the village center and then left at the Zone 20 sign. Then follow this street until the Alpentherme and there turn right into the Promenade street. Hotel guests are allowed to drive past the "no access sign" in order to unload their luggage. Cars need to be parked in the "Alpentherme" public car park (right next to the hotel). A deposit may be required at the property.

Das Hotel ist sauber, das Personal freundlich. Das Frühstück ist vielfältig mit feinen Broten und hausgemachtem Fruchtalat und vielem mehr. Die Lage ist perfekt zum Skifahren und auch nahe am Zentrum.

Personal an der Rezeption zuvorkommend und gab hilfreiche Tipps bzw. Empfehlungen. Lage hervorragend, ruhig und zentral gelegen. Zimmer sauber und gut ausgestattet. Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig. Alle Mitarbeiterinnen sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Zwei Abende, Montag und Dienstag, kein Nachtessen im Hotelrestaurant möglich. Schade! Wurde uns jedoch, unter anderem, per Nachricht vorgängig mitgeteilt.

Excellent breakfast, great location, friendly and helpful staff. Bonus with discounted tickets available directly from the hotel for the gondola and spas. Amazing stay, highly recommend this place

Bed was super soft (not everyone’s preference) and I was hot often (early Sept stay) with the thick comforter, hard to get a comfy temp even with the window open.
