The location was excellent, easy walking distance to cafes, boutiques, the McLaren Vale Hotel and supermarket, gift stores & arts & craft galleries. There was ample parking. The rooms were clean & comfortable. I liked how the kitchenette was separate to the bedroom. The kitchenette was well stocked with crockery, glassware & cutlery & all the necessary appliances eg microwave, kettle & toaster. The bathroom vanity unit bench was spacious, a great sized mirror, with excellent lighting & vanity well stocked with toiletries & bath towels. A spacious shower, shower water flow & temperature to my liking. The rooms were spotless and free of odours. The bed was well made up & comfortable as were the pillows. The location was quiet. Office staff friendly and helpful. The swimming pool looked inviting, though didn't have my bathers with me or the time to indulge as primarily a guest for just the one night to attend a wedding at a winery venue close by.
