GBThe positives were the excellent location and the cleanliness. The meal selection was also good catering for everyones needs.
The room was basic and there was no mini fridge or kettle so it was impossible to keep any drinks cold in the room. And unfortunately we were restricted on times when the bar or restaurant was open to get a hot drink. We needed to wait until breakfast. A hot drinks machine in the lobby would be a good idea. Next to the cold water machine. I feel this hotel does not cater for elderly or disability very well. The pool could do with a hand rail near the steps into the pool. The other metal steps were very wonky. Also in the rooms there is no bath slip mat and climbing over the bath to get a shower proved a hazard. Also no plugs in the bath. My husband had a bad back and when I asked for extra pillows I was refused and also asked for a chair in the room for him to sit on and was refused. In hind sight we may have been better in an apartment and would book this in future if we return.

ITTutti i giorni varietà in tavola e paella diversa. Considerando che è un 3 stelle, il rapporto qualità-prezzo è ottimo.
I dolci a base di gelatina li eliminerei, ricette semplici e ripetitive. Per il bagno, la pulizia giornaliera andrebbe curata meglio.

Питание каждый день однотипное, в номере меняли только постельное и полотенца, за неделю проживания полы никто не мыл. Бронировал улучшенные апартаменты с 1 спальней, по факту проживал в в обычных апартаментах с 1 спальней. Администрация гостиницы не отвечает на телефонные звонки и сообщения.
