My 1st stay in this Property of Regent & was really very very special because my mother accompanied me . The review is to remove the misconception of many people trying to book & not to book . So for me the stay & Experience was wonderful & I wish to share the reasons . Though it was like a Transit checkin for few hrs as we wanted to stay in a property near the international airport , Luckily I found this Hotel . The hospitality , Service , Standards are excellent. My special mention goes to Rampras & Sébastien in front office , Rajiv in Restaurent . Each one of them gave their High end Hospitality . The lobby is beautiful & the Property has marble flooring & not vitrified especially what I observed in staircase & corridor. The taste & Quality of food is nice & Price is reasonable consdering the fine dining aspect . They have space for Parking also in case you are coming by your own vehicle . The building looks very shabby from outside so you might not even notice it but inside it's a true masterpiece The breakfast buffet is limited but it's nice The Sanitary fitting & the room are little old but for the price & standards what they are giving its highly justified . In Mumbai you dont get such quality rooms with a loving service at this Price. So go ahead friends if you are looking for below aspects to book a room in this Hotel * International Airport is just 2 kms from this place , So this is a best place for early morning flight ✈️ * Fine dining at its best . If you are looking for food with good Hospitality then this is a good place . Looking for a stay with a Parking facility ,then it's a good place The hotel has good number of shops for things like stationary, Tea ,fruits so it's helpful. You don't get great view but definetly great value Thank you Regent ,will comeback with my family in my next visit ❤️ 💕👏👏☑️

Room was clean even though hotel is old.

The reception staff was not at all friendly. During the checkout process the person was very rude and not at all helpful.

Close to airport and metro. Room was quite spacious.

Staff at reception was not really welcoming. Room didnt seem totally finsihed (some missing light / loose cable)
