Sol a Sul Apartments

Specious apartment, close to the town centre and the beach. Host was very friendly and welcoming. Amazing holiday.

Good property size, location & pool area. However, a few ants & flies running about. Not enough toilet roll provided for a week or clean towels. We weren't informed where to bring rubbish bags so this left a smell in the kitchen. We weren't informed also where local washing machine or laundrette was to get towels washed. Good for families and self catering holiday but be prepared.

The location of the apartments were great and near the square and beach. We arrived and contacted Fernando to show us to our apartment. We paid cash for our stay and were not given our change (Fernando had no change on him) despite me asking for this and a receipt for payment. Then we found we had no hot water! We were constantly ringing Fernando who eventually let us shower in another apartment on one occasion. We spent long periods waiting in to hear from Fernando even though he said he would ring us to let us know when he was coming. It was 3 days before we were moved to another apartment with hot water. The apartments were also cold and there was no form of heating but we were given 2 extra blankets. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired in both apartments, we just did basic cooking as the supply of utensils was so limited, one saucepan only in our first apartment! Wifi was hit and miss too - we had to stay in the kitchen to get access in the second apartment...and no English channels on TV...

Excellent location very spavious for 6 people. Any issues were responded to quickly. Would definitely recommend and would return. 5 minute walk to beach and main square.

Great position for exploring the Old Town of Albuleria,The apartment complex has an owner/manager who does not care about his customers.For 8 days we did not see a cleaner,we did get a change of towels by mistake,no change of bedding, you can't get out of the complex without a key asked for a spare key still coming.the swimming pool turned off

The room was adequate, swimming pool fine. Self catering was near non existent re cutlery but did not want it anyway

Huge and comfortable apartment in a great location. the apartment was very spotless and the housekeeping was excellent. We were contacted prior to the trip to enquire if we wanted transport from the airport and this was excellent; very reasonably priced and we would never have found the apartments if we had made our own way.

Location was very good. 2 min walk to the beach and 5 min walk to the old town square. The owner was very nice and would help anyway that he could. Would recommend these apartments and will def stay here again.

Nice stay, good location. The apartment was big, a bit dated but had everything you need. Fernando was very helpful and friendly.

Stayed 8 days. 2 streets from huge great beach and in old town so more quiet location than the streets with restaurants and bars. However all that is five minutes walk away. great marina 7 minutes away and smaller beach 40 minutes walk. Fantastic owner who provided smiles and information! Lovely small pool on balcony side. Slightly bad acoustics if someone sat on balcony late at night talking but that's the only 'down' side. Apartment was huge for me with clean bathroom and kitchen. Supermarket just down the road.
