Laguna Park 1

We have stayed at this hotel several times, and it never disappoints. The hotel is always very clean, the staff are friendly and professional, and there is a wide variety of delicious food to choose from every day. A very special thank you goes to Antoinette from the bar. She is truly amazing! She is always smiling, welcoming, and ready to help with anything. What makes her even more special is that she always remembers us when we return and greets us with warm hugs, making us feel like part of the family. Her kindness, positive attitude, and excellent service make every stay even more enjoyable. We keep coming back to this hotel because of the wonderful atmosphere, excellent service, and people like Antoinette who make guests feel so welcome. We highly recommend this hotel and are already looking forward to our next visit!

I've stayed at these apartments in the past with friends, so retuning as a solo guest didn't phase me. I was warmly greeted and arrived just in time for dinner. The food isn't 5* but there's a large selection, so there's something for everyone and there wasn't one meal I didn't enjoy, though the toasties at the snack bar aren't the best. My room was comfortable and whilst facing the pool, very quiet. A special thanks to Maria at the pool bar. She's so friendly, welcoming and even remembered me from when I was there in February. She always has a smile on her face and made me, and several others, laugh with her remarks. It was so nice to see a friendly, approachable face!! I have read comments on the "dreaded hill walk" from the beach. Right outside the hotel is a zebra crossing and a great short cut (just down the stairs next to Mystique Bar) that cuts this out completely. Another great thing about these apartments.. they generally let you keep your all inclusive band until you leave, which was great from me leaving at 6pm. I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent venue, friendly staff

At first it was shock, hotel was on a main loud street, no air conditioning, no soap or gel, no adjustable loungers by the pool when hotel was 3 stars. However this hotel had amazing food and absolutely lovely helpful staff. Especially Marie Antonietta!! Her English and talent how to speak to people (young or old) was the best experience. Laguna park is lucky to have her. She definitely made our days!

Maria Antonieta she is a lovely bartender,listen ,smiles and she give you a great choice of drinks!I love her she is very kind and helpful.Top 10 for her and for the other staff at the hotel!Lovely place,for single persons and for family aswell,great food and lovely pool!

This is my 4th time coming here and I am never disappointed! Started coming when I was 11 with my family and loved it now I returned with my parter at 21 and still love it. Staff are super lovely and welcoming, wide options of food and super tasty (breakfast is definitely my favourite), all inclusive is definitely worth it for the drinks alone! Lovely size pool and plenty of entertainment for the kids. Thank you until our next visit!!

My first stay but my missus 4th stay and I’ve absolutely loved it no complaints at all good value especially with the all inclusive free food and drinks all day
