La distanza dal parcheggio e non avere uno spazio per carico e scarico

Posizione e struttura

È la seconda volta che torniamo in questo hotel. Posizione bellissima, centrale e vicina alla spiaggia di Orsera. Il personale gentile e disponibile. La colazione la ricordavo più ricca e variegata ma prevale sempre il salato, in ogni caso va benissimo così. La pulizia non è da 10 e lode ma la camera e i servizi dell'hotel li ho trovati puliti e in ordine. Hotel Vista è sempre una garanzia e Orsera rimane un paesino stupendo.

L hotel dovrebbe aggiornare un po' gli spazi e alcuni comfort . Ci sono elementi un po' vecchi, tipo le porte delle camere, le scale interne e mancano le prese nei bagni per asciugacapelli o altro. Immagino sia difficile, vista la posizione, intervenire per una piccola ristrutturazione. Per il resto valuto tutto positivamente.

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt! Strand, Geschäfte, Restaurants, Bars... alles in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar! Das Personal ist sehr nett und bemüht! Die Terrasse beim Frühstück, der gemütliche Innenhof und der Blick auf den Hafen bzw. das Meer sind wirklich großartig! Ab der ersten Sekunde Urlaubsfeeling!! Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist nicht riesig, aber ok. Unser Zimmer in der Stonezone war angenehm groß, das Bad dagegen sehr klein!

Das Badezimmer müsste renoviert werden. In den Ecken und Kanten etwas zu viel Schimmel für meinen Geschmack. Es fehlt an Ablagemöglichkeiten. Der Boden wurde nicht täglich, weder im Zimmer noch im Bad zumindest besenrein gemacht.

The view during breakfast was gorgeous. The staff was always nice and accommodating. The hotel looks good. The breakfast was delicious, fresh and warm croissants and scrambled eggs!! Amazing.

The bed was soooo loud. You couldn’t turn around without waking up the other person. I told the receptionist the day after, hopefully they fixed it and hopefully it was just my room! The parking lot is down the hill and the road closes after 8pm, so unless you arrive before that time you can’t even bring your suitcase to the entrance, you have to walk up the hill and sweat! Eheh

Es ist ein nettes kleines Hotel.

Die Klimaanlagen von den Nebenhäusern sind sehr laut, dafür kann das Hotel nichts.
