The room was clean & a good size. Everything met our expectations. We did not see any staff as we were sent the information by text how to access the rooms. A taxi was organised for us by the host which was excellent. The communication with the host was very good & informative. Near to a few bars & restaurants, not very far from the Leaning tower & attractions an easy walk. Good transport links not far away.

The room our friends stayed in 204 was next to the kitchen & they found it very noisy at night when other residents used it, so that was not good really as disturbed them

Magnifique chambre que nous avons partagée avec nos enfants adolescents, il y avait suffisamment de place, des attentions chaleureuses et un emplacement très pratique car nous avons pu aller au centre à pieds. Il y a de la place pour garer sa voiture dans les rues adjacentes et le parking est peu élevé. super séjour!

Thin walls but it wasnt bad
