I was very impressed with place because I was slightly wary but chose purely based on reviews and that breakfast was included in my price. The breakfast was nice just wanted more salad but otherwise its fair enough because you pre-order you option for the cooked breakfast and time you will need it for, then in addition there is a fruit salad, cereal, yoghurt, juice and hot beverages. The room is big if you compare it to standard hotels and it had both a shower and bath. Bar fridge with complimentary water and coffee/ tea in the room and homemade biscuits. Well furnished, I would return to actually enjoy the room. There is a microwave in dining area which you can use anytime. Very friendly and quick response staff.

Hot water was an issue, first morning it was cold shower I thing they forgot to turn on geyser. Not sure if the capacity of geyser not an issue because following day I had hot water but the other people in our travel group said they didn't. I think its something they need to look into.
