Royal Bay Hotel - All Inclusive

Actually this hotel was closed when I came. But I got replacement in much better hotel.

The service and the accommodation were great. Great variety of food on all courses. The "All inclusive" option is really worth it when it comes to food and beverages. Rooms are very comfortable and luxurious. The staff is nice and responsive. Overall - it is a good option for families.

The waterpark was not working, although it was specified in the offer. There is no playground for children with slides, swings etc. There is a football and other sports playground but it is not suitable for toddlers or children between 1 and 3 years old.

THe place, the concept, the sea, the location of the hotel

the other tourists-loud,ignorant,don't obey rules, dont care about others.The hotel, when they dont care about guests leaving towels every day at night at chairs, expensive car park with extremely rude park attendants..

DON'T GO........... THE FOOD WAS VERY BAD DON'T HAVE ANY TASTE. PETSONAL WAS UNPLEASANT. DRINKS WAS SERVED IN PLASTIC CUPS 🤢🥵. BED LINENS WAS VERY OLD NOTHING TO DO WITH A 4 STARS HOTEL.

No discipline and regulations at all during breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The position of the hotel is excellent. The view and the beach is simply stunning. There was no crowd on the beach but unfortunately the beach is full of plastic cups which are used for drinks (but that depends on guests that dont have a good behaviour). The cleaning lady was very nice and polite. The food could be better but I was happy and grateful that I dont have to cook so we were satisfied. There was always something to choose. We didnt expect too much for this amount of money but at least some basic things could be improved (such as broken toilet in our room, dirty staircase, even the letters on the hotel building are missing...).

1. The photographs of the hotel here on the Booking.com are probably 10 years old. Maybe even older. It is just heartbreaking to see that this kind of beautiful resort on some places is almost abandoned. It was a 5 or 4 stars resort maybe in 2005., but unfortunately not now any more. 2. In the aquapark only 2 slides worked. Other atractions are took over by plants. 3. Nobody speaks english. 4. Some od the employees are very very rude. It looked that they are mad because we were there.
