Apartamentos Cortijo del Mar Resort

The property was amazing, we were able to check in early and then on our check out day we were able to keep all 3 apartments until 5pm without paying a check out fee which was greatly appreciated

The rooms had see through curtains so it was a bit difficult to sleep and more pillows on the beds would make it more comfortable

First night we had to deal wid a bad smell coming from the pipes the next day after we talked to the office they gave us an apartment which is downgrade from what we paid fore but the big problem we had that at the time we were leaving the townhouse we founded out that they have cameras installed inside the house after we opened claim with the office all they kept saying that that townhouse is privately owned and the cameras are installed by the owner and they only connected when the the townhouse is empty which doesn’t make any sense I even showed them the Spanish law regarding RBand B and short rental properties prohibiting any cameras inside regardless if they on or off I was going to put a charge at the police station but I changed my mind because that will take sometime which I don’t have . Stay away from this place

The apartment is really clean and has an amazing view, it’s located in Estepona and the taxi drivers take you to Marbella at least 50€ and to Malaga not less than 140€. The apartment is indescribable, very beautiful and amazing if you’re planning to stay on Estepona only. Or you may rent a car to avoid high taxis rates.

The bed in the room is clean.

But there are a lot of ants on the floor and in the kitchen. The indoor swimming pool is also not part of the resort. Should not be marked on resort facilities.

Nice apartments with everything you need

Location, a bit far from city center, no lokal transport available, taxi or rent a car

Beautiful apartment, bright sunny big balcony on second level. Well equipped kitchen for those who wish to cook at home important to remember to request an upper floor apartment and not a main floor as the sunshine coming in. The upper level is worth it.
