***Horrible Stay – Unprofessional Staff & Misleading Practices*** I stayed at this hotel for one night, and the experience was extremely disappointing. I’m writing this so future guests are aware of how casually this property misleads customers and avoids accountability. **1) Misleading discount & rude handling** There was a banner in my room clearly stating a *30% discount* on food from their Melange restaurant. When I ordered room service, the bill came with **no discount applied**. I immediately asked the delivery staff, who said he would check and get back—but he never did. The next morning at checkout, the discount was still not applied. When I raised this with the front desk staff (Kusum), she seemed completely unaware. She then called someone (likely a manager), and I was honestly shocked by the response. Instead of resolving the issue, he rudely said that I should have explicitly asked for the discount earlier—even though the bill hadn’t even been paid yet. He refused to listen and kept making excuses. This is not how hospitality works. **2) Poor room allocation despite low occupancy** The hotel was nearly empty (it was a long weekend, and this is primarily a business hotel—occupancy seemed under 10%). Despite that, I was given a room facing a nightclub. The music was so loud until midnight that the room was literally vibrating. There were clearly rooms available on the quieter side, but no effort was made to place guests appropriately. When I raised this at checkout, the response was: “You should have informed us.” That’s unacceptable—how is a guest supposed to predict that their room will turn into a nightclub extension at night? Basic guest comfort should be proactively considered, especially when occupancy is low. **Bottom line:** Zero hospitality. The staff came across as uninterested, untrained, and unwilling to take responsibility. Between misleading offers, poor room allocation, and rude responses, this stay felt more like dealing with a careless operation than a hotel. Would not recommend.

What an amazing experience and stay I had at the Radisson Blu! From check-in, room service, to house keeping (Eva and Narmada), buffet and airport transport! Will be back again for sure.

We can for lunch at Melange with whole family, the spread was expansive and food was really tasty. We will certainly visit again.

The property was really nice, modern, and in a great location. The rooms were a very good size, and the bathrooms also felt spacious. My room got plenty of natural light, which made it feel bright and welcoming. Overall, I was really pleased with it.

The property is quite large, so space is not an issue at all. Overall, I liked it, but the only feedback I’d give is that if my partner were staying there on her own, it might be reassuring to have a few more CCTV cameras in the shared areas so everyone feels a bit more comfortable and secure. Other than that, I was happy with it.
