I had an amazing holiday at the Hilton Marsa Alam Nubian Resort. From the moment I arrived, I felt very welcome. The service was outstanding, and all the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. My room was cleaned every day and was always spotless. Everything throughout our stay was well organized, and I honestly could not find anything to complain about. I would also like to compliment the bar staff for their excellent service. They were always friendly, attentive, and happy to help, creating a pleasant atmosphere throughout the resort. A special thank you goes to the animation team: Anthony, Bassango, Hector, Sara, Anna, and Anita. They organized a wide variety of fun and engaging activities every day, ensuring there was something for everyone to enjoy. Their enthusiasm, energy, and dedication made my holiday even more enjoyable. They are a fantastic team who always took the time to stop for a friendly chat and made guests feel included and welcome. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Great hotel, first-class entertainment, especially Anthony sara bassango noah and Anita. I had a wonderful time here and will definitely come back, the food is really great and delicious and there are a lot of varieties and we got a room with a wonderful view and the room is always clean thanks for the staff for being friendly and supportive.
