Our family had a wonderful time with the pools and diving. I unfortunately had a problem with a badly swollen ankle, nothing to do with the hotel, but fortunately there was a Clinic and Dr Merhan and nurse Ahmed, diagnosed a potential serious infection and rushed me to MedPark Hospital Dr Mohammed dealt with it all in excellent English turning round a potentially dangerous infection within 24 hours. I was then allowed back to the hotel and my family to continue to enjoy the luxury under the continued care of the clinic team.
