High quality of services, well maintained, helpful and friendly staff, clean, nice communal areas, a genuine delight of an accommodation. Tok is a warm hearted, knowledgeable and professional manager.

You cannot walk anywhere from the place. To go to the nearest supermarket or restaurant you need to take a taxi or songtaew, which are luckily passing by on the road every few minutes.

The staff are super friendly and helpful, assisting with all kinds of things such as taxis, scooter hire and recommendations. Would definitely stay here again.

A place closest to paradise, isolated, lush vegetation, tall trees and strange animals, including a variety of singing birds. 2 large and friendly dachs hunds who live in wealth and happiness even relative to humans. The owners of the place, a very friendly and local Englishman who plays the tough guy, keep the place sparkling clean and very well maintained. The problem is for people who want to be in the heart of the events and didn't rent a motorcycle, and don't want taxis and have the problem of walking about 2 km to the recommended sites and an excellent beach. The price is really cheap relative to what is required in Kusumoi in good places. Highly recommend to the right people.

I absolutely loved it here. Perfectly located in a quite place where you can get a break from the hectic life on Samui. Toc is the most amazing and genuine host I have ever had. So helpful! It was lovely to meet you.

Very beautiful location and lovely house. I knew beforehand that it is a Bed & Breakfast and not a hotel. I had a big room where I could open my suitcases and still had enough space. Also a very big bed and comfortable sheets. Nice owners. I didn't book breakfast, but was no problem to get it for the last two days. It was very good and I especially likeld the pineapple jam :D

The house is a little old (which is charming) but because of that the rooms aren't well isolated. The sounds of nature, the air conditioner and the fridge in the room was very loud. As already mentioned the house is located very remote. I thought it would be possible to still walk to town, but there is only the street in front of the house and no walkways. With the App Grab I booked TaxiBikes to get around Koh Samui.
