Hotel Sagterra

From outside the hotel you would not know how amazing it is inside. The garden with lovely flowers and palm trees, the decent size pool and the blue and white paints of the rooms. This was truly an amazing hotel to stay at and we are hoping to come back again next month.

The only negative I would say is that although the breakfast is amazing, it would be good if there were a way to keep the "hot" food (eggs and bacon) hot. Having said that, it still tasted great and I ate it every morning.

I think it’s a hotel for people moving on to other places ie other islands but I enjoyed my short stay in Heraklion especially the town 😎

Pool needs little more maintenance, the was sand at the bottom

Struttura ben tenuta e curata. Camere essenziali con balconcino privato molto carino. Piscina comoda, piacevole anche per trascorrere la serata. Il responsabile, un ragazzo giovanissimo, molto gentile e disponibile. non vicinissimo al mare ma raggiungibile con autobus locale. si arriva al porto con una camminata di 15/20 minuti attraversando il castello e i negozietti caratteristici

colazione molto povera, con poca scelta. personale (ad eccezione del ragazzo alla reception) un pò rude. non essendoci un bar durante la giornata potrebbe essere utile avere nelle camere un bollitore con bustine di te/caffè
