Lovely food and exceptional staff. The management were always on hand for any questions. A wonderful holiday and highly recommended. The pool area was a highlight - it was always clean and never felt crowded. And pool towels were also provided, which was a really nice touch.

Everything was first class. No issues.

The area and hotel itself are very well located close to the city center and very close to the beach. Hotel owner was almost always available and kind to us, answered any questions we had. Food was very good. We especially liked the breakfast selection buffet! For dinner, greek salad with tzatziki is a must have. I also recommend tuna fillet with lemon potatoes which was delicious. Room service is great too and had no problem to clean our room in afternoon hours if we stayed on hotel room till noon. Staff was always in a good mood and smiled, although some personal had some issues with a language. Lady at the reception is super helpful and nice! Thanks for giving us the copy of hand written directions to beaches around on Crete :) Overall, this was a really nice stay and can recommend for anyone who likes the beach and a goof food

We were a bit disappointed with the bicycle service that was free for hotel guests (white bikes). The two we've used, mountain bikes, were in a poor condition and we had troubles riding comfortably. Please fix them and it will become a big plus for not just us, but anyone who likes to wander around. Staff at the dinner roof top lounge was giving us strange looks when we just came for food and no drinks. This made us quite uncomfortable... Also, it happened several times that we've ordered drink without ice, but received both drinks with ice? On one occasion we got a main dish with rice although we ordered fries. Staff tried to persuade us we ordered rice?! Last but not least, for the main dinner course, I'd hope to get a free still water. I don't understand why hotel guests have to pay for table water.
