"NEVER AGAIN!"

Close to Scott and White hospital

Had to stand at a window (outside) to check in. Night auditor was nowhere to be found. Bugs crawling across the floor. Turned on the TV and there was what I considered a porn movie on!

Location to where I needed to be. Room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel had no record of my reservation, no hot water, clerk spoke very little English and had to keep calling someone else to answer questions.
