"Staff and management have absolutely no idea. Hotel doesn’t have enough staff and the whole check in process is slow. Do"

I booked 2 x 2 bedroom apartments. Check in was supposed to be 2:00pm. Rooms still not ready by 4:30pm. They then told me they didn’t have our rooms available any longer and instead offered king rooms with roll away beds for grown adults. We had to leave and find alternative accommodation.

For price of the room it didn't come anywhere near the $300 odd price I paid. Most definitely needed a upgrade, it was a large room & very clean. No bedside lamps, tissues, or glasses at all. Beautiful surrounds & brekky was a let down. There was no black tea as it had ran out and yes I did ask if there was more, the fresh fruit was very scarce only 1 sluce of pineapple not much of anything else. In the 1/2 hour I was there it wasn't topped up, everything else available was great.
