This was my first time staying in an Omni location and it will not be my last. Everything was perfect for my stay, from my impeccably clean room, to the dining options, to the location, to the staff. Our family has stayed at the Omni Dallas multiple times each year for the past several years, and it continues to exceed our expectations. The property is beautiful, well maintained, and consistently delivers an outstanding guest experience. One of the many conveniences we appreciate is the availability of Tesla charging stations, which makes traveling with an electric vehicle seamless. The valet team is also exceptional friendly, professional, and impressively quick. Whether arriving or departing, they consistently provide prompt service and make the experience effortless. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the outstanding hospitality. During our recent visit, we dined at Texas Spice and were fortunate to be served by Anjanette. She remembered our family from previous stays and even recalled that we typically visit Dallas for our daughter’s gymnastics competitions. That level of personal attention is incredibly rare and made us feel genuinely valued as guests. Anjanette was warm, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in ensuring we had a great experience. Her ability to build relationships and create memorable moments is a reflection of the culture of excellence throughout the Omni Dallas team. From the accommodations and amenities to the valet service and dining experience, the Omni Dallas consistently delivers first class hospitality. We highly recommend this property and look forward to returning many more times in the future.
