Oia Suites

We had an amazing stay at Oia Suites this week, it was everything we wanted from a Santorini trip. We stayed in the Executive room and had total privacy with nobody overlooking us, with amazing views and the most beautiful hot tub where we spent most of our time. The bean bag loungers on the balcony were probably the only uncomfortable aspect of the room, would have been a lot more comfy to have regular sun loungers as the bean bags were awkward to lay on. The hotel is just outside of main Oia, about a 15/20 min walk which can be quite hard in the heat, it’s two mins away by taxi but that costs €15 as Santorini taxis are very expensive. However after seeing how crowded and overlooked the hotels in Oia centre are, this hotel was a haven in the madness. The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant but we ordered food to be delivered from restaurants when we were too tired to go out. Christina and Eleni were just lovely throughout and always made time to chat. All in all such a lovely stay that felt very personalised and private.

Great location, the refurbished rooms are very silent, comfortable and well furnished. The bathrooms are spacious and cleaned. The staff is really kind, Arman and Helen are always ready to help you. The view from both the rooms and the pool is amazing and the hotel is not far from Oia, you can reach it also by foot. The breakfast is served outside the room balcony and while eating you can enjoy the Caldera view. Hope they enjoyed us as guests.

Oia Suites Was WAY more than we expected! The service was first class and the views from any room you choose are amazing. Each room comes with a hot tub on the front porch and a custom breakfast is served to your front porch table each morning at the time of your choosing. The two A/Cs in our room kept it cool in the hot July weather and the bed was a good mix between firm and soft.

Beautiful, modern (renovated) rooms. Very nice pool area. But the hot tub is very noisy during the night and breakfast is not good.

Notre séjour s'est merveilleusement bien passé. Accueil au top, établissement soigné, cadre magique. L'emplacement est privilégié, très proche d'Oia mais au calme. A recommander absolument !

Hôtel exceptionnel. Personnel très aimable et à l écoute. Bien situé avec une vue magnifique.

Das Hotel an sich ist sehr schön und sauber und die Lage ist top. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend (alle!) und das rund um die Uhr. Das Frühstück kam immer pünktlich aufs Zimmer. Leider können wir das Hotel jedoch nicht für Flitterwochen (Honeymoon) empfehlen, da es kein besonderes Paket hierfür gab und wir mehr erwartet haben. Wir haben zb ein Zimmer der höchsten Kategorie gebucht; der Whirlpool funktionierte nicht richtig und roch unangenehm, sodass wir ihn nur einmal nutzen konnten. Wir waren die ersten Gäste (und paar Tage auch die einzigen :D) dort, schade, wir haben anderes erwartet

The rooms were very nice and modern, the pool and the views were beautiful. The hotel itself is really nice and is located walking distance to Oia. However, the service is not so good. We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights, and because we made 3 separate reservations under the same name, they made us change rooms every single night. We were upset about the situation as it was very inconvenient to have to move every day, and also given Covid we would have felt safer staying in the same room all along. We asked the reception if they could keep us in the same room, but they did not try to accommodate or do anything about it. It would have been nice to get even a small gesture, but they did not do anything, which is surprising for a « luxury » hotel. We stayed in 2 different Deluxe rooms and in the Premier room. Unfortunately we did not sleep so well due to the noise (in the Deluxe rooms, the hot tub makes noises all night, and in the Premier room the walls are rather thin). The breakfast was not good. They offer only different variations of eggs and toast (no omelettes, no pancakes or anything). We ordered Fresh Fruit thinking we would get a fruit salad and they just served us an entire, uncut, unpeeled kiwi on a plate. The food is not made in the hotel, it all seems to be delivered and reheated. Overall, the hotel is very beautiful but the service could be a lot better and the breakfast is not good.

Beautiful hotel, pool, rooms and view. But noisy hot tub at night and breakfast is not good - not many options available!
