Its proximity to the station- tho the street name was missing! A spacious room. An adequate and fresh breakfast.

The stairs! I now see that it is mentioned on the web as having no lift, but didn’t notice that when I booked. With heavy bags and after a long journey, as well as being in our 80s, the stairs were a bit daunting.
