Florida Hotel & Apartments - Adults Only

Location was central easy to access to facilities around.the younger receptionist was polite and helpful which I really appreciate

One morning while passing through The older lady at the front desk repeatedly asked for my room number-I guess because of lack of professionalism or not aware of how to approach to hotel guests-without any clear reason.I haven't brought any extra guest as mentioned in the rules and I had no intention of doing so.it felt unnecessary and uncomfortable the way she approached also didn't greet me or show any polite attitude which left a poor impression or maybe I was a single solo woman Traveller...The rooms themselves also need improvement -the design is poor, structure and furniture is very old and out of fashion

Uns hat die Lage des Hotels sehr gefallen. Restaurants, Bars, Kaffees sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren alle in der Nähe. Auch die Altstadt von Rhodos war für uns gut zu Fuss zu erreichen und ist sehr empfehlenswert. Wir bekamen viele Tipps und Hinweise von den Inhabern Michelle & Christine. Auch liegt im Zimmer eine Mappe aus, in der Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten oder Strände empfohlen werden. Das Hotel liegt in einem ruhigen Bereich. Es ist wohl etwas hellhörig, aber da das Hotel nicht stark besucht gewesen ist, hat uns das nicht weiter gestört. Auch sind die Strände (z. Bsp. Ellie Beach) gut zu Fuss zu erreichen. WLAN war gut und hatte keine Unterbrüche. Fernsehprogramme in vielen Sprachen genügend vorhanden. Abschliessend muss ich sagen, das wir uns nur zum schlafen oder kurz zum umziehen nach dem Strand Besuch im Hotel aufgehalten haben. Das Familien geführte Hotel gab sich die grösste Mühe unsere Wünsche oder Anregungen umzusetzen.

Die ganze Einrichtung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, und es wäre gut, wenn ein paar Renovationen durchgeführt würden.

Lovely owners, super welcoming and comfortable. Great rooms, cute neighborhood and quiet. Very clean and loved the ability to borrow beach towels and beach shoes

До пляжа 10 минут. По дороге множество кафе, где можно поесть на любой вкус. Пляж хороший, мелкая галька, но тапочки не помешают. Раздевалкой и душем можно пользоваться бесплатно. Лежаки очень дорогие, есть ресторан или бар (точно не знаю). В номере и, вообще, в отеле все очень хорошо продумано, хозяева и персонал очень любезные и старались во всем помочь, несмотря на отсутствие языка.

По дороге на пляж слишком много машин (но сама гостиница расположена на пешеходной улице).

Staff very kind and welcoming 🙂 Welcoming little bottle of water in the room 🙂 Very well located for shopping groceries, restaurants, walking to the harbor, walking to the central bus station, walking to the old city or beaches  ... 🙂 Nice kitchenette, equipment wise (may be missing a small coffee maker though - only possible to boil water), and little very operative fridge 🙂 (really cold). Plenty of hangers for your clothes 🙂 Balcony has a table for breakfast for sunny mornings 🙂 (no table inside though - convenient room, but not large enough to add a small table for rainy days -> get out to a coffee place). Little safe for your passport or other little things. Elevator for luggage 🙂 (not for handicapped person though).

For those who need it to sleep well, my room wasn't hundred % in the dark at night. No electrical outlet for electrical shaver or hairdryer in the bathroom (I used the one for the TV set, next to a large mirror 🙂).

Location os great, in a quiet street but close to many lively places.
