Hotel Villa Eugenia

We were very pleasantly surprised at this wonderful hotel. The location along the Kvarner Gulf was so beautiful. The hotel is within easy walking distance of restaurants and shops. The hotel staff was very helpful in getting us oriented to the area (since we had only one day in Lovran). The rooms were clean, well appointed, and ample space for luggage. Our room had a bathroom with robe and slippers. Breakfast was wonderful with champagne!!! My only disappointment was not having a large window for the water view. There was a smaller window with a sitting area where you could step up to see the water. Otherwise, it was a very lovely place, and I recommend it.

We had an enjoyable time at Villa Eugenie. Staff were wonderful and the breakfast very generous and a huge variety of food on offer. Tea and coffee making facilities would have been appreciated. We would most definitely recommend the hotel. The location is excellent and plenty of parking is available.

We loved this place due primarily to the outstanding service of the staff. They went out of their way to ensure we had a good time and got to where we wanted to visit. Our studio was on the top floor and was easy to get to in this 15 room hotel due to the elevators. The breakfast was limited in selection but was spot on with respect to serving us a full breakfast. Private parking behind the hotel was a plus in this town with limited parking. It was right cross from the Luna Mare walk which we loved to do. The only small recombination would be for them to have "beach towels" for those that want to swim in the Adriatic.
