It is not acceptable to consider the host when it is convenient for him to give us the keys. We had to end our stay in another city early, to rush to get the keys in person, because the host had commitments. It is normal for him to give an access code, instead of a personal welcome. Which lasted 1 minute. A completely pointless exercise.

Wyjątkowo życzliwa i serdeczna właścicielka - bezproblemowy kontakt, otwartość na przyspieszenie meldunku i pomocna dłoń w planowaniu zwiedzania Bergamo i jedzenia na mieście. Dogodna lokalizacja - może kawałek od dworca, ale miejsce dobrze skomunikowane dzięki autobusom. W poblizu pyszne sniadania, a niedaleko supermarket. W okolicy czulismy sie bezpiecznie. Wyjatkowa czystosc w apartamencie - nie mozna sie do niczego przyczepic. Nietypowe jest troche konfiguracja łóżek (3 miejsca w sypialni, 1 w livingu), ale w ogole nam to nie przeszkadzalo. Za to cala reszta sprawiala, ze czulismy sie jak w domu. Gdy bedziemy wracac do Bergamo (a na pewno tak sie stanie!), to pod tym adresem bedziemy szukac noclegu :)

Booking process was confusing. On the booking.com site we booked the 2 rooms for 2 persons each. The host Laura maintained we booked the 2 rooms for 1 person each. Even when I showed the reservation on the booking.com site. Only on the night before departure did the host confirm the booking was OK. This was after 3 days of mailing and Whatsapp. This was taking away from our pleasure to the point where we doubted we would have a room at all.

Double bed was made of two single beds that were joined together and didn’t match at all the same high. Poor quality. Far from town
