AUIt had everything and reception was lovely and very helpful. Tram was close and cafe across the road
The washing machine needs a thorough clean and smells mouldy. Run it with a vinegar clean and clean the seal flaps it was filthy
NZEverything about the property was great. A beautiful apartment overlooking the beach Esther, our host/ front desk was exceptional, a lovely warm person, nothing was too much trouble. Thanks so much Esther you made our vacation experience wonderful in every way

AUFantastic location, close to the tram. Just the right distance from activity to be quiet but close enough to enjoy the activity. Esther was a fantastic host, greeting us every morning, friendly and approachable. Very accommodating

AUGreat beachfront location with cafe across the road. Spacious two bedroom/two bathroom apartment on the 15th (top) floor with stunning views. Large TV in living area with smaller TV in main bedroom. Well equipped kitchen. Washing machine and dryer. Block out curtains. Did I mention the view?
During the day there was some construction noise from the Meriton site opposite. This varied from very loud to less noticeable and was only a problem if the sliding door onto the verandah was open. The twin beds in our apartment were very hard and uncomfortable compared to the main QS bed which was very comfortable. The top sheet on the beds seemed too small, unusually so. The shower in the main bathroom had a slippery floor. Face washers would have been appreciated. There was a coffee pod machine in the kitchen but no pods? One of the electric recliners on the lounge was broken and quite difficult to manage. There was no bedside lamp in the second bedroom. The carpark for 15A was far too narrow and tricky to park in. The lovely Esther allocated an easier spot which was much appreciated. This is an older building and I noted there are stairs in the front foyer but excellent access to lifts and apartments from the underground carpark. Despite these issues we enjoyed our stay very much and will return.
