The bath tap leaked at night when pressures are higher-could get up and turn it off hard but suggest taps needs new washers.

Plentiful breakfast provisions, cottage was cute and cosy with everything we needed.

For mobility impaired people (old!), trip to the laundry down gravel driveway and up stairs was a bit unexpected, and the stairs to get into the cottage were tricky with luggage.

My husband and I cannot speak highly enough of Alices Cottages. On our arrival it was a huge ""Oh my gosh"" and the more we explored, the more delighted we were. We have travelled a lot and the English Cottage was definitely one of the best we have stayed in. Everything was provided, even breakfast which was delightful. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend for a stay in Launceston.

Rooms and spaces were lovely. Fire was great and breakfast provided was bountiful. Very private and comfortable.

Around the spa bath was not completely clean from previous guests. However the rest of the property was fabulous.

Everything! Such a charming, relaxing cottage.. we didn’t want to leave. The breakfast pack was amazing and could have fed us for the whole day. We loved it and are going back in June for longer .
