EGI Resort and Hotel

This place has everything to enjoy its beach. Not bad for its price.

For 1 night we had his nice hotel all to ourselves. There were no other guests (that I saw), so we were free to enjoy the quietness of the place... but, maybe it was a little too quiet. There was a Philippine holiday the weekend we stayed, so this explains the lack of guests. It was nice, but strange. Other than than, the grounds of the hotel was nice; not much of a beach though. Breakfast was OK and the location was so-so; not much going on in the vicinity. There is a small village to look about and some delicious rotisserie chicken to be had.

Hotel room worn out old furniture but it was always clean, so the maid did a good job. Hotel facilities absolutely bad, swimming pool area in construction, everywhere rubbish, noisy, dirty No restaurant, no bar Breakfast simple but ok. Internet in the room was not working, in the lobby good

Asked for iron so many times with no success. My male friends have been conned cash when outside calls can be put through direct . A police report was made so male guys taking a single room beware of calls asking for loan

I booked my families for 3 nights in EGI although i was not there they told me how they spend amazing time in EGI.Room is nice good ambiance,food is delicious,service crew are polite and friendly.It was a nice summer get away. :-)

this hotel has false advertisement. it is not even close to be called a resort.

The hotel gives the appearance of once being, or at least aspiring to be, a class-act five star resort facility. The main hotel building, restaurant and two pools were acceptable maintained, but certainly not up to expectations. There didn't seem to be many guests when we were there. There was much evidence of abandoned construction projects, as though the hotel had high aspirations but was unable to follow through. The staff, while friendly and courteous, we're not well trained and were unable to provide amenities or local information that you'd expect. By contrast, we visited the spa at the hotel next door and found it to be busy, vibrant with immaculate facilities, helpful staff and a general well-maintained appearance.

The service and staff are fantastic. Nothing seemed to be a problem. However property a bit run down and he hotel restaurant caught fire whilst we were there. Also there is no internet avaliable in your rooms as indicated on booking site. It only works in the lobby.

Very nice place...Rooms were good size very modern, comfortable and clean. I liked the pools very much,they are set up for kids or adults.You can walk to the beach front and get a jet ski very easy.The restaurant was very nice setting with the view of the ocean and boats.The food was defiantly good quality.I went to several and this one was the best.The staff was very friendly. trophe stayed 5-2012
