"Disappointing in a prime location"

The property location is beautiful but the hotel and facilities are dated to the point of ruining a stay

Location,pool,basically everything except cleanliness in the bathroom

The bath itself hasn’t been deep cleaned for long time .same with sink and toilet .towels were dirty

"A wonderful stay in a Bournemouth hotel."

Our Sequence dance group go every January to this hotel for 4 lovely nights of dancing in the beautiful ballroom that has a great floor. (Not every hotel has one of these!). The hotel itself is nice and clean with a relaxing social area where the reception is with plenty of comfortable seating, small tables provided and a bar to purchase drinks. There are lifts to some of the bedrooms, which are equipped with a small fridge (very useful). Tea, coffee, milk and some biscuits are provided. The beds are very comfortable indeed and a hairdryer is provided right next to a dressing table with a mirror above. The bathrooms are nice, clean and tidy, with a lit mirror above the handbasin (essential for us ladies to apply our makeup). We have stayed in rooms that have walk-in showers, some with a bath and shower and also wet rooms. The hotel do their very best to accommodate their guests with their preference. The food in the hotel is delicious and presented very well with different choices, so you can always find something to your taste. The breakfast is first class. Cereal, porridge, fruit, cheese/ham, yoghurts, croissants and of course a varied Full English. Lastly, the hotel staff themselves. We always find all of them to be very friendly and to go out of their way to ensure you have a great stay at the hotel. What more could you ask for when you stay in Bournemouth!

"Yearly family trip"

Everything was great stayed with my kids and grandchildren had a blast and Hayley was so helpful before we arrived organising rooms and beds / cots and also info on what to do if raining . And Matt was such a happy person we had such a laugh . Def be coming back

"Was nice view comfy disappointed for the money"

The view amazing

I didn’t get my £5 off then when left charged for parking asked to take £5 away they said they couldn’t asked for a coffee to take away I couldn’t do that so what was the point in not having room cleaned very disappointed for the money spent for 2 days I come Bournemouth weekend following and stayed at another hotel was half the price indoor pool and spa parking £12 for weekend great value off money
