Stay was good.

Hotel was great with spacious rooms. Staff was very courteous and helpful.

It was a good stay. The hotel needs an upgrade. Otherwise atmosphere is good staff is good .Food can be a lot better.

Quite comfortable.Pl improve upon room serivices.

Hotel is a 2 storey building. Facilties are averagr. Swimming pool doesnt seem to be well maintained. Staff service is slow especially in restaurant. Hotel doesn't have a lift and would be a problem for the elederly. If you need a night to stay,and you dont expect alot, this is a hotel for you.

We stayed there for one night...its a small property but they have tried to fit in almost all possible facilities there...so the space constraint is felt everywhere...Food is pretty costly...rooms are clean but we had to ask for the towels in the bathrooms...overall its an ok stay for a night.

The check-in was prompt, hassle free. The room was ready , clean-tidy, while the staff helped with the baggage to the room.

This is a small resort which has decent rooms. The approach road was difficult, with not even a single signboard on the way. The rooms are large but the bathrooms are very small. The pool is small too but OK for kids to splash around. The food is pretty OK and reasonably priced. Overall a decent holiday without burning a hole in your wallet.

The manager made up for the lack of comfort.

the hotel is away from pollution. tvs are antiquated and need to be replaced. surprisingly the counter guy insisted on charging for milk even though we told him that we had not ordered any and he had no trust in us. apparently he trusted the peon and chaprasi more than his mother and Mr Merchant and drinking water is charged for no reason whatsover. if i stay in the hotel, i am entitled for free drinking water atleast this time the service was bad usually it is good but this time it was awful, i suggest that the manager spend some time at the counter specially when clients are checking out . Mr Merchant
