"cold and noisy "

nice modern building and clean comfortable large room with comfy bed, efficient shower. however no HVAC and Bogota gets cold at night so the room was freezing on waking up with no form of heating apparent. also noisy as no carpeting, staff wonderful and helpful from concierge to maids and lots restaurants nearby (especially 300 metres up the hill in same Calle as hotel) many bars etc & safe to walk

I've been staying at this Hotel for many times now. i got to make a good friendly relationship with the staff and yet it's my first review. Andres, Edwin, Eduard and all of the front desk staff are all exceptional. Breakfast is the best. (There should always be a soup tho✌) The gentleman at the breakfast is always very accomodating ang helpful. Thank You guys for making my and my family stay very convenient and feels like at home. "Turns out Guaranteed reservation don't exist!!!"

I didn't stay!! The rooms I reserved were not available!! We were left scrambling looking for a place to stay late at night.. ended up finding rooms in 1 star hotel around the area.. better than nothing..

Was a great location for me, very close to the Gourmet Zone that is a variety of high end Colombian cuisine. It was saved and the service was excellent. The only complaint was the towels. Needed better quality

Very nice area, but the staffs were not as friendly as the other hotels I stayed in Bogota. It felt like it was a business transaction instead of a hospitality service. It is ashamed cause I really like the area
