"Noisy"

6.0

the hotel was convenient, as we were traveling, but very noisy. Beds were very hard, No one spoke any English, which surprised me as Culiacan is a big stopover for gringo travelers. I have some Spanish so it was not a big problem, but a bit frustrating. Whatever they clean the floors with made them very slippery. But it was clean and convenient.

"no complaint for the price"

6.0

need to ask for towel, internet signal is week, but can't argue for the price. Afterall, this is a halfway over-night stop for a 1000 km trip.

"Stay here if you don't need a shower."

4.0

We stayed in this hotel twice in 2 weeks. Once on the way to the US and once on the way back. On the first stop we didn't have any water in the shower so had to leave for our 12 hour drive unshowered. Thinking it was just 'one of those things' we stayed there again on the way back. This time there wasn't any hot water. Another day of travel without a shower. Oh yeah, the free coffee was cold too. Never again.

"Be aware"

4.0

Some of the things that I remember: I tried to have dinner in the hotel restaurant but it closes very early, and there are no other restaurants around 4 miles, not good if you do not have a car. Power in the room, and cable worked on and off. I couldn't sleep late as I needed to because the cleaning crew yelled in the mornings and knocked on all doors by 9am asking for dirty towels. It was loud enough they woke us from ten rooms away. No hot water in the shower, I had to ask them to fix it, and they did. You can get something better for this price in a better location.

"Great value in a convenient location."

8.0

I base my high ratings on the value received. This is a very inexpensive hotel and you do get what you pay for. Our room was large and clean. We were on the top floor with low water pressure. When we checked in we had to ask for towels, toilet paper and two light bulbs. All were brought right away. The mini-split did a great job of maintaining temperature and the TV and channel selection were great. Very quiet and convenient for us.

"Nice Hotel right off a main interstate highway"

8.0

We pulled into this hotel late at night on our way to Mazatlan and we were pleasantly surprised. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The staff was very accommodating even though it was fairly late. There was good security and excellent air conditioning which is extremely important in Sinaloa. Everyone was happy and content with the amenities, service and price.

"Great Place"

10.0

This hotel is part of a chain. It is modern, clean, simple, and functional. The rooms are comfortable. It appears to be well-known among business travelers. The dining room is adequate, but not exceptional. The atmosphere is calm, friendly, and informal. Highly recommended. The hotel is easily accessible from Highway 15.

"Super hotel conveniently located just off of Mex-15"

10.0

I pulled into this hotel just after dark having driven down from Nogales Arizona. I was tired and hungry and traveling alone. The desk clerk was extremely helpful. He gave me a room just off the lobby because I was alone and they sent the security guard out to the parking with me when I moved my vehicle from the front door to the parking lot. The parking lot was at the side of the hotel and I would have been just fine on my own but it was nice that they cared enough to send him with me. The room was super clean and the linens were new and in great shape. I loved the sort of middle eastern design of the furniture that is made of marble and iron and the beautiful Persian carpets on the walls in the room and the hallways were really special. The bed was a king and super comfortable and the bathroom was huge with a giant corner shower with a strong shower head and a built in wall seat - perfect for foot care in the shower. The wifi in the room was strong enough that I had no trouble calling in to my boyfriend with Magic Jack to let him know I was safe and sound and off the highway for the night. The hotel had a nice little restaurant in the lobby where I had dinner and breakfast. They have a three course dinner special for about 90 pesos that was more than I could eat. I would stay here again and we stayed at one of their hotels in Tepic in June and had exactly the same great experience.
