location to Waffle House, to family located locally

Front desk staff unknowledgeable, missing training, and profound English barrier preventing communication to answers to my questions. NOT the person that belongs at the front desk with such limited knowledge. Unacceptable.

The property was neat and well maintained. The room was clean and tidy. The lighting in the room could have been better. The direct TV did not work well. The TV itself was quite dated. We stayed two nights, the pass card was issued for 1 night, so had to refresh the card so it worked for the 2nd night.

"Great little old Florida vibe "

This place is older construction, but very well maintained & clean. Good value for the money. We were visiting family in the area & just needed a place to sleep & shower. The grounds are clean & festive. The area is safe. Close to some fast food, freeways, & gas stations. Very close to Punta Gorda airport.
