Sun Rise Apart Hotel

Zuerst das Positive: Zimmer groß (zwei Räume), mit Kühlschrank. Rezeption freundlich. Negativ: Ziemlich alt und abgewohnt. Alte Schmutzflecken an Fußböden und Vorhängen. Keine Zahnbecher im Bad. Die beiden Kaffeetassen in der Küche waren auf der Unterseite außen so schmutzig, dass uns davor geekelt hat. Großes Problem: Diebstahl von I-Pad und I-Phone. Nachtportier hatte irrtümlich einer anderen Person den Schlüssel eines unserer Zimmer gegeben. Allerdings kaufte er uns – von seinem privatem Geld- am nächsten Tag die Geräte neu. Die ganze Geschichte war den Nachtportier und den Hoteleigentümer wirklich sehr peinlich. Nachportier half auch beim Aktivieren von I-Phone und I-Pad. Trotzdem war alles eine große Aufregung und wir haben damit viel Zeit verloren und die Bilder auf den Geräten. Check Out time wäre 11:00 Uhr gewesen aber wir durften dann bis 14:00 Uhr bleiben. Wir zahlten für zwei Zimmer - insgesamt 5 Personen - 118 € bei der Buchung über Hotels.com. Allerdings mussten wir für eine Person noch das Frühstück von 8 € extra bezahlen, dabei war über Hotels.com für 5 Personen gebucht. Wer nicht mehr ausgeben will, kann dieses Hotel ruhig buchen, aber keine Wertsachen im Zimmer lassen! Wir werden wohl das nächste mal etwas mehr Geld für ein besseres Hotel ausgeben.

un hôtel bien placé proche métro et transports communs, en rénovation lors de notre séjour ce qui lui a levé du charme (draps noirs tendus pour cacher les travaux dans le hall d entrée et salle de petit déjeuner improvisée) un accueil sympathique et un petit déjeuné varié et copieux à volonté. Pour le coté "appart / hôtel" par contre petit bug, un simple petit frigo et une double plaque Electrique... pas de table un seul tabouret ... c est une chambre d hôtel et non un appart hôtel... mais vaste et claire avec une grande salle de bains propre et claire également. si je devais retourner sur Bruxelles je pense que je reviendrais dans cet établissement pour son rapport qualité prix

Hotel wurde gerade im unteren Teil renoviert. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer auf dem Dachboden Inc. Kakerlake. Hat nach Mottenkugeln und Urin gestunken. Unsauber. Alt. Viel Rost im Bad. Man hat uns nicht ernst genommen.

Alakerta oli remontissa. Pistävä kissanpissan haju. Kuluneet huoneet. Epämääräinen alue

room is not clean as there is no one clean up the room, the staff is not nice qith bad attitude.

This is more of a hostel than a hotel and, though you are not in communal rooms, the rooms themselves are very basic, in extremely poor and dated condition, and the overal atmosphere is run down and seedy. Do not stay here - spend the extra few Euro for something much better.

My recent stay at the Sunrise Appart Hotel was quite pleasant. It was a wonderful location, right across the street from the Metro Ribacourt station on the M 2 or 6 line. It was a simple transfer at the Art Loie stop and onto the M 1 or 5 line and I was at Brussel's Centraal Staion, right in the middle of town. All the transportation in Brussels seems to evolve around one of their four train stations all of which are accessible from the Metro across the street. The hotel was cleaned everyday and I was treated very well by an eager, accommodating staff who went out of their way to be helpful. The hotel offered a quality breakfast (better than most I've had from similar hotels of this caliber). Overall I was quite delighted by my stay here and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

It is nice and clean hotel and located in good place.
