"Excellent"

The location was great, very close to the station, just a few minutes walk. There was a coffee machine and some sweets for breakfast too, which was very nice. The hotel was clean and the host explained us everything regarding our stay.

The room was pretty small, the mattresses pretty hard and one of the beds was falliing apart.

"Posizione strategica, soggiorno perfetto"

La posizione era ottima, il personale gentile. Questo posto è perfetto per chi vuol visitare Bergamo e deve arrivare o partire da Orio Al Serio dato che è situato a pochi passi dalla fermata del bus per l'aeroporto, raggiungibile in pochissimo tempo.

Очень приятная женщина сдавала жилье. Вежливая и внимательная! Само жилье довольно чистое и комфортное.

Не понравился момент, что не было указано заранее что надо доплатить налог наличными, и вообще, что его было надо платить. В объявлении было указано, что в цену всё включено, на деле - нет. Хорошо что были наличные заплатить этот налог

Accoglienza cordiale, vicinanza alla stazione ferroviaria e ai mercatini di Natale. Struttura pulita.

Servizio colazione da rivedere. Macchina del caffè e cappuccino temporizzata e quindi impossibile usarla la mattina presto prima di andare in aeroporto. Aria secca in camera poiché mancava un umidificatore al termosifone. Materasso matrimoniale composto da due letti singoli. Mancavano le tovagliette del bidet.
