There was a slight mix up on when my family would be arriving, but the owner took it upon himself to reserve another hotel for the same price or give us a queen size and twin bed in a nice size room with free breakfast and a discount. I thought that was what room I had booked anyway, so I was beyond shocked and pleased. The owner spoke amazing English, was incredibly kind/polite, and catered to our every need without hesitation or question. He sat down with us and told us a little about the area, gave us a local map, and some brochures to help keep us busy, which I liked. Also included in our stay were visitors passes to the neighborhood's indoor/outdoor pool and playground and there was a swing/play set in the yard for our daughter. There's beautiful scenery surrounding and a free gorge very near by to hike around. So, not only was the service outstanding, but it was a gorgeous and relaxing area to spend the weekend in! - The breads and jams are homemade for breakfast, the juice is most likely fresh pressed at the hotel as well. &the jam is incredible! Couldn't leave without buying a jar, hehe. Actually, it was given to us by the owner for free, which I thought was the sweetest thing ever! The owner also took pleasure in take our drink order in the morning, in case we wanted coffee, hot chocolate, or water. He was incredible, to say the least!
