The birds, the trees & the deck.

Very musty, kitchen was grimy (I attempted to clean the range hood & kettle) but this is understandable when everyone cooks bacon and eggs and oil splatters. Needs a good freshen up. Glad we had things on and only slept there.

Best place to stay for relaxing.

The fire was lit, there were candles in the bathroom, chocolates and port and champagne. Breakfast was lovely, the bed was very comfortable and warm. Spa bath and bubble bath provided. There were extra towels and blankets and bathrobes. Walk in robe. Dishwasher! A real effort to decorate the room in a Victorian style. Lovely welcome.

Could have done with a really good detail clean. Cobwebs on the ceiling, dust on the skirting boards, windows and mirrors could have had a clean. The chimney smoked a fair bit - might need a clean.

Everything! The location is gorgeous and convenient - Geoff showed us how to get to the path that overlooks the Blue Mountains just in time for a beautiful sunset. The main room was perfectly set up and the fireplace room was so cozy and warm. Made the Tilly’s last World Cup match easier to bear… And we had the room with the spa, which was the perfect way to relax after a weekend of camping. They provided a little platter for pre dinner snacks, lots of brekky food, and a bottle of Prosecco for us to celebrate our anniversary! So thoughtful and well kept.

Open fire was lovely. Bed comfortable, Room cosy & warm. Very private & quite. Everything clean. Stairs to room very steep. Outside patio tired looking. Owners very friendly. Overall good stay.
