Samara Karoo Reserve

Location. Rooms very big and nice decoration. Everyone was very attentive and friendly. Mzimasi and AJ were brilliant guide and tracker - we looked forward to every drive! Thank you to the whole team at Samara

Mosquitos nets that cover the bed entirely, on top of bed too - we have seen other hotels where the top is covered. We were given the same menu twice during our three night stay and we requested a swap to make the meal different - may be worth extending the menu for guests who might be given the same menu twice.

The most amazing house, the staff were so friendly, cozy room close to nature. Just an increible experience.

Bad internet connection

It’s was our first safari experience and we left feeling like we could do it again.

It was all so lovely, not ideal for people that need to exercise a lot while on vacation due to wild animals everywhere.

There is a substantial fee to be paid called "conservation fee", this is not made clear in Booking.com but it is mentioned in the confirmatio e-mail (those, I never read) and this is a very unpleasant surprise because the pretence is that it is "all inclusive" except for drinks. I find this very misleading.
