Prachtig hotel net buiten Bilbao welke goed te bereiken is met de trein. In het weekend serveren ze alleen geen ontbijt dat was wel een minpunt. De dame achter de receptie was heel enthousiast en had goede ideeën voor een dagje Bilbao. Kamer is prima met een mooie badkamer minibar en koffie en thee faciliteiten en een lekker groot bed.

"Don’t take the elevators !"

The room was nice and big - way too much room for one night but there was a ton of parking if you are going with a car.

We got stuck in the elevator on our way to dinner. They had a note that only three people can fit in the elevator and we were only 3 and the elevator doors wouldn’t open. When I mentioned it to the morning person she said well only 3 can go into the elevator - when I said we were 3 she was a little rude. Not a sorry that this happened - nothing from them!

"Gerne wieder - auch für einen Besuch in Bilbao gut - der Zug nach Bilbao ist in 10 Min zu Fuss"

Wir haben das Frühstück in der Cafeteria selbst zusammen gestellt & sind günstiger gekommen. Der Herr an der Rezeption war äusserst freundlich & sehr hilfsbereit.

Das Personal an der Bar/Cafeteria war überhaupt nicht motiviert dh eher unfreundlich

Proximité de l'aéroport. Arrivée tardive possible car la réception est ouverte 24/24. Très calme. Facile de se garer.

"Зручний і красивий готель недалеко від аеропорту"

Це без сумнівів, мій улюблений готель, завжди там зупиняємось. Чисто, просторо, красиво неймовірно, ліжко і ванна надзвичайно зручні. Зранку є трансфер в аеропорт, в номері є все для ранкової кави. Внизу працює буфет, ед можна поснідати. А якщо захочеться в місто, то зовсмі недалеко до зупинок громадського транспорту. Рекомендую від щирого серця.

Інтернет слабкуватий, якщо є задача попрацювати, то краще підстрахуватись своїм.
