Good location, well maintained, quiet.

PARKING, we managed to manoeuvre the car around. That would be the only downside in not having an allocated car spot. There is no cupboard provision for the 2nd bedroom if you were staying for a longer period.

The clean, fully fully (yes) apartment was comfortable and well located in the Octagon not too far up the hill from restaurants and close to a large supermarket. It's across the street from a reasonably priced indoor parking garage. Free street parking 7pm-9am. Outdoor stairs to first floor entrance level of two bedrooms, each of which with an en suite bathroom, in apartment staircase to living room/kitchen.
