Very well presented, beautiful house, very comfortable bed and room. Spa was good too.

Window poorly sound proofed so had a lot of noise from outdoor heat pump units over night. But good otherwise.

Hanlon Guest House was warm and inviting. The guest lounge was comforting and the amenities supplied was extra special. Great shower and bathroom. If you are looking for a quiet, comfortable stay, this is the one you want to stay at.

Lovely place to stay, walk down the street to watch fairy penguins arriving home from a day at sea. Short walk to pub and best scones at Touchwood Cafe, good for breakfast as well.

My stay at this hotel was wonderful! The room was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities I needed, plus it was incredibly convenient - just steps away from the penguin beach. But what truly amazed me was their outstanding integrity. After I checked out, I realized I'd left my treasured watch behind. I was heartbroken, thinking it was lost for good. Imagine my immense relief and gratitude when the hotel manager contacted me! Not only had they found and safely stored it, but they kindly offered to mail it back to me in Hong Kong. The joy of getting my watch back was incredible. This genuine care and going the extra mile for a guest is truly rare and deeply appreciated. Thank you so much! Combined with the lovely room and perfect location, I highly, highly recommend this hotel. An outstanding experience!
