Flight from Munich delay by storm. Cleared arrivals two hours late at 3 am. Free taxi guy still waiting with a name card. Guy refused to accept tip. Exceptional service in every way

Clean place and friendly staff. Close to the airport.

Das Hotel liegt günstig zum Flughafen mitten in einer Einfamilien-Haus-Siedlung. Es ist angenehm ruhig trotz des nahen Flughafens. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer und des ganzen Hotels sind vorbildlich. Die Hotelausstattung ist geschmackvoll und funktionsgerecht. Die Service war ausgezeichnet, man fühlte sich als Gast willkommen.

The staff was very friendly and accodated our needs. We needed a ride to a wedding in the center of Bucharest, which we did not think we could navigate. The staff helped us get a ride to a from the wedding and then the reception. They also were flexible checking out a little late. They made a great breakfast to order. The young man that works there noticed our car smelt like gas and was very helpful to in trying to figure out the problem and did. It felt as much like staying with family in all the good ways they accodomate you as it can staying with people who are not family. Thanks for taking good care of us and helping us get to the wedding. :)

Slightly hard to find, but only 10 mins from Airport. Parking on street, but in private layby. Friendly family run hotel. Cooked a lovely light supper within 30 mins of arrival, having fallen between meals on the flight due to the change of time zone. Room was large and spacious with a lovely shower room - really clean and fresh in every way. Breakfast in the morning (any time you want) was choice of 6 set meals, but our two choices were large and very tasty. Only stayed one night but would have enjoyed staying longer. Spoke at breakfast to other guests from US and Europe who though it the best and friendliest they had stayed in.

Our actual stay at the hotel was fine without any problems. However, we had previously requested and received confirmation of a complimentary pickup service from the airport to the hotel. Unfortunately this was forgotten by the hotel and we had to telephone the hotel and then wait for our transport.

While it seemed off the beaten path - it wasn't less than 3km to the Otopeni International Airport, it was a great overnight before an early morning flight home. Situated just steps from a beautiful church and within 10km of several points of interest, we would stay here again. Not traveling with a computer, the staff allowed us to check email on their system and even printed our boarding passes for us. The other guests in this small B&B were repeat business persons. Great value, great comfort and great staff.

I recommend reading the hotel offer very carefully before booking/paying. They promised a free ride/pick-up from/to the rail station or airport, but when I got to the hotel they said the deal is off, because the info posted on Expedia's website is wrong. I had to call Expedia and ask for their assistance, as the hotel staff would not back down. Also, I could not pay by credit card.
