Alaaddin Beach Hotel - Adults Only

Location of the hotel and masseurs in spa were awesome! That’s all :(

We’ve accommodated due to HB concept, but evet 2 bottles of simple water in the room were for charge. I’ve traveled all over the world, stayed in different hotels, but never seen a hotel, that doesn’t provide even 1 bottle of complimentary water… 2 bottles of simple water 0,5 lt were 70 tl (5 times fore than the real price) here. Of course we payed but were surprised… Moreover while checking out the receptionist told us that we have to pay for “drinks in restaurant during dinner”, but we didn’t drink anything during dinner in the restaurant. Really it wasn’t pleasant at all :( Also the beds and linens were very bad. I couldn’t sleep all the night. Disappointed…:(

Hyvä sijainti ihan rannassa ja kävelymatka köysiradalle joka vie Kalelle. Viihtyisä ja vain aikuisille tarkoitettu. Huone kohtuullisen ok - vessan ovea oli pidettävä kiinni ajoittaisen viemärin hajun takia. Suuri miinus oli ruokamyrkytys, joka tuli illallisen ruoasta - hoitivat hyvin sairaalan päivystykseen.

Very dirty beach, cigarette butts and trash everywhere. During the entire stay, the beach was never cleaned. As a result, I brought a bag with me and collected garbage around the sun bed. Upon arrival, at the reception they could not find our reservation for about 45 minutes, and upon departure they said that they could not find a receipt for payment for the hotel and we dealt with this for about 20 minutes until they eventually found the receipt. At the counter we were presented with three receipts to pay for the beer, which my husband only took once. As my husband was irritated by the fact and persistent, they said that this was apparently a mistake, that the data was simply entered into the computer for three days, and not for one. Proving nothing is basically impossible, since the restaurant simply asks for the room number when you order something, but does not bring a receipt for signature, as is done in European resorts. Yogurt for breakfast was sour. We had to buy our own yogurt and take it to breakfast. The choice of appetizers at dinner is poor The bed was good, although not big, with good mattresses, but it was covered with some kind of stub of bedspread that was not enough even for one person. Moreover, this bedspread was waffle and uncomfortable to the body. This was the most unpleasant detail of our stay at the hotel.
