La localisation, la propreté et l’espace spa

Le rapport qualité prix, le fait de dire ouvertement vous «  vous êtes fait avoir entre booking et notre offre 20 % moins cher avec en plus de la chambre déjeuner dîner biscuits vin chaud etc tant pis pour vous même si on est bien loin de la commission de 15 p% de booking ». Aucun geste commercial (fut ce un verre , une réduction sur un prochain séjour peu importe… ). Un certain mépris du client qui ne correspond pas à un hôtel ***. Chambre supérieure mais deux capsules de café pour 4 jours on ne remet rien, pas de thé rien . Un personnel de bar déplaisant. Bref nous sommes finalement allés à l’établissement voisin pour manger et boire un verre dans un cadre chaleureux, une ambiance authentique et accueillante.

Parfait ! Calme, dépaysant, proche des sommets ensoleillés même les jours de fort brouillard en plaine d’Alsace. Piscine, spa, sauna et hammam exceptionnels et ouverts tres tard. Super !!

Die Lage des Hotels. Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Restaurant ist empfehlenswert. Grosse Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet mit lokalen Produkten. Wir sind rundum zufrieden

Wir hatten leider schon eine ältere Matratze die durchhing und der Vergrösserungsspiegel den man leider nicht herausziehen konnte hing zu hoch.
