The location was on the highway and very noisy. The walls were paper thin and we could hear everything going on in other rooms and outside. We weren’t expecting much but charging $250/night was an absolute rip off.

Not enough parking for guests. Pretty expensive for what it is but maybe that's because it's in Coffs Harbour ..
