Easy to find location with hepful staff.

My only gripe is the lounge chairs in the room were very low and as i have a bad back it made it difficult to get out of them , apart from that every thing else was great.

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Our stay came about unexpectedly when we weren’t able to get the keys to our new home as planned, and my son needed somewhere to stay at very short notice. What really stood out was how incredibly understanding and accommodating the staff were. My son is autistic and prefers not to be disturbed, and the team respected that completely. They were kind, thoughtful, and made what could have been a stressful situation feel calm and manageable. I felt very comfortable leaving him in their care, which meant a lot. When our plans changed again the next day and we were delayed even further, the staff continued to be flexible and supportive, which we truly appreciated. The room itself was clean, tidy, and comfortable, and the location is very convenient—close to the shops in Albany. All in all, a genuinely positive experience during a challenging time. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel and am very grateful to the team for their kindness.
