Location is amazing! The resort is well kept and well designed, a lot of natural lights and nature - felt like a little town. The swimming pools were nice and the breakfast was great.

Reception was a tad dismissive. I contacted them via Booking and WhatsApp before coming to check some stuff and they never replied, I had to follow up twice. They say they prefer to be called, how can I before landing in Thailand? Restaurant staff is great tho! The standard room was okay for the price but a bit run down.

Beds were comfy, staff was great, facilities were good. Great location. Breakfast was okay, a standard hotel buffet breakfast.

There were no outlets by the beds. Made charging appliances somewhat of a pain.

Very good hotel in front of the beach, good room with comfortable amenities.

Only problem was with the staff of the restaurant. I was staying at the hotel and decided to sit at one of the beachfront tables since there were no available chairs by the pool. I ordered a shake and was enjoying the atmosphere. When a chair became available at the pool, I informed the staff that I would simply move there. However, the waiter approached me in a very aggressive manner, acting as if I was trying to leave without paying. I explained that I was only changing seats, but he still insisted that I pay immediately. Honestly, this experience completely changed my mood. I would have liked to order more food and drinks, but after the way I was treated, I no longer felt comfortable doing so. I don’t understand the point of staying at a resort if guests don’t have the freedom to move around and keep their tab associated with their room number. The hotel itself is very good, but unfortunately the restaurant service quality was extremely disappointing.

Well positioned hotel, close to the beach, the tables on the sand are very cute and convenient, at night the little lights on the tree are beautiful

Bungalows in very poor condition, bedroom lights way too harsh, no proper shower, no plugs in the bathroom, staff quite rude, kicks you out of the restaurant, kicks you out of the pool, kicks you out of the chairs because they just don't want you there (not all staff, some of the waiters were very nice and friendly). Amenities closed half of the time (after 8 pm they close everything and the pool is not able to be used anymore, 8pm! For this price, a complete ripoff. Basic houses are subpar than others for 3x the price, but they are not even remotely close to the beach compared to a lot of similarly priced bungalows

L’emplacement est idéal. L’espace piscine/plage/resto ou s’y déroule le petit-déjeuner est super agréable. Les espaces verts sont superbes et très dépaysants. Mention spéciale pour le personnel du restaurant qui était très accueillant. le service de navette gratuite est très bien organisé et un gros plus !

L’offre pourrait être diversifiée au niveau du petit-déjeuner ; 5 pancakes toutes les 15 minutes ce n’est pas suffisant. Le personnel de l’hôtel nettoie des lits, matelas et canapés dans le passage en plein milieu de l’hôtel, ce qui n’est pas très accueillant aux premiers abords… Il y a la présence de plusieurs oiseaux en cage dans les allées de l’hôtel, ce qui n’est pas forcément à mon goût, et que je trouve questionable. Notre chambre était située au 2e étage et pas de possibilité d’utiliser l’ascenseur même avec les bagages.
